In my point of view, I think of eHealth as the implementation of the information technology on the healthcare settings which covering the three domains (health in our hands, interacting for health, and data enabling health). I would like to acknowledge that I’m not familiar with any program languages. I would go for Python since it’s user-friendly and widely used in the field of data science. To my best knowledge, Python does not come with built-in mobile development capabilities so I prefer C++ to Python if it is about mobile applications.
