(The same system) I think our organization should put more effort on awareness and desire at the beginning since on one on the user side took place in the developing process. And Knowledge is still lack as no training on any users. In this system, ability and reinforcement are not yet involved.

Our EMR system is not fully function as it still need to use paper based record together. In this failure, I think the main factors are the Design and Operation are not good enough to make the system successful. Moreover, doctors are not trained to use the system.

Decision support system in our hospital is mainly a manual system running by our staff. For example, our nurse will notify doctor when the lab result is reported. I think that the major factor is the hospital policy since decision support system implementation will effects several levels and disciplines not only doctor.

The disease data will be confused when we need to accumulate from different hospitals. Because many diseases and syndromes have several names and terms. And it will be very difficult to group or compare between hospitals.

In our hospital, EMR is not fully function yet so I think there must be some problems which may include physician burnout. Therefore, the paper based medical records are scanned instead. In the future, I hope to see the new EMR that more flexible such as can draw a picture of patient lesion.

Due to lack of IT infrastructure and staff, setting up a new computer network and server needs a lot of budget. Therefore, cloud server will be more suitable for development of this new web-based application.

The policy maker should set priority to the issue on the interoperability. Then informatician should gather all stakeholder together. The EA would be introduced as a solution. Everyone should help to design what their needs and IT expert can develop the new system. Finally, Meeting should be arranged regularly to keep improving or updating the system.

When the patient admit in the hospital, normally doctor need to know all underlying condition together with medicine. This burden is belong to patient family and sometime important information can be missing. Therefore, it would be great if medical information can be transferred across hospitals.
