Hi Ohn! I believed SaaS can surely support any media file. They can offer any customized features we want. The only problem that sounds a little scary for anyone who doesn’t know about how we can control the services is that the services provider manages everything. We, as their customer, is called “user.” They charge for like ten somethings dollar per active user. Users can be physicians, IT staff, or others.
