I agree with installing application and backing up. Also, updating the latest version of the software all times and considering backup data at cloud storage may prevent and minimize the impact from ransomware attack.

Agree with you on yearly remind and annual cybersecurity training to raise employee awareness. Also, creating the organization policy to report suspicious events or support a phishing report button (where the employees can click easily from their email and it will be automatically informed IT team) may be beneficial.

Thank you for sharing. Agree that the security system should be developed. In addition, hiring a cybersecurity expert to investigate the incident and setting up the whole system during the beginning phase may be beneficial, also conduct annual staff awareness training to all employees.

Thanks for sharing. I have heard about it before. It is a postal fraud that happens often in Asia. Some people were asked to pay a fake tax, in order to get the (fake) packages. I guess the scammers know their personal online shipment/order plan by hacking the delivery company database and know that we are waiting for the delivery.
