I agree with your points. From your experience sharing ,I could say that all components of IS are highly related to human’s expertise (technical ability) and continuous oversights, to operate the system smoothly and with minimal errors.

I agree with your points while we are talking about IS in Myanmar. Particularly, data quality issue is one of the most problematic issues in PHC referral and IS.
