I’m Thongchai Tangchit , for this course, I want to learn about how I can apply a public health surveillance investigation system.

I can not put the malaria data out because the raw data may harm to patient and protect by fundamental principle of privacy.

In this case I will not tell the information to my friend. However I will advice to my friend how to HIV infection and protection.

Example of a system in my organization is Development of internet base TB cross-border referral system.

I think so , it problem to shere health patient data between hospitals.

If the hospitals in the country do not use the ICD standard to classify the diagnosis. It will have a problem with referal patient to care with other hospital and diagnosis and can not exchange data health care information between hospital and other provider.

I am not a clinician but i think so that The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is cause of physician burnout. beacuse it make many workload to record every detail of health patient data to digital data.

1.health in our hands, 2.interacting for health, 3. data enabling health and 3 domain will combile and shareing by eletronic communication such as mobile , internet or wireless tecnology, almose them on web base server or cloud and protect privacy confidential and security of patient data.
