In my setting this process includes payment for the vaccine (I’m now working for a private hospital), So it’s quite complex and the output was a little bit messy. -

Like others, TPS in the most common type of IS that I am familiar with.
For example, I am a project manager for vaccine reservation and scheduling in my hospital.
An input for the vaccine reservation are number of vaccine doses that customer want to reserve, names, DOB, etc.
