Please start sharing some Gantt chart or some workflow. There is some good VDO on the coursera that you are supposed to complete in week 2 material. https://www.coursera.org/learn/leading-change-health-informatics/lecture/eZpl8/example-of-a-gantt-chart
Enjoy!

The example of a project plan I’ve figured out is taken from my research project experience held during 2012-2015 in Denpasar, Bali.
Here are the charts I’ve made with no particular software:

Fantastic works, both Gantt chart and flowchart. Thanks for sharing.
Both are creative, very detailed and easy to follow. With these Gantt and flowchart, everyone in the project would know their specific tasks and work along with others smoothly and you could easily monitor all the processes throughout whole three years.

Since I do not have much experience in project planning, please let me share the flowchart I have just created with information adopted from the article of E.Haley, et.al. “Strategic planning and recommendations for healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic”
This flowchart was created by using draw.io
Please feel free to comment if you have any suggestions. Thank you.-

Good effort. I think it helps to have this flowchart to communicate with all health personals and set some priorities during the emergency.

My recent work didn’t involve a great deal regarding initial projects. However, there are many routine processes which need to be visually present for rapid understanding.
Near expiry products need to have proper management every month. Every product has to be screened for the expiry date and different products have different condition in order to be returned or destroyed. Missing the returning condition could create extra costs for store.
This is the detailed flow chart which could assist the staff to understand the steps of the return process.
When the near expiry products are found, there would be three possible ending points. First, return to suppliers Second, destroy via main warehouse and Third, discount and resale at the store. Movements of products need to be recorded as evidence to prove cases of missing and stolen products. My flow chart is in the link below:

Good work creating the workflow for the staff to understand and follow.
However, I spend a little longer time making decisions for the questions including not/could not and answering yes/no. I would like to propose using simple questions in the decision node. (Ex. Nearly expired discount allowed?). This is just my personal view but overall your process is well-done ka.

Dear Siriphak, it is interesting but it would be more useful to give the study title and some text to explain the detail of the study a little more here. I am also not sure how the participants can switch the arm? I think it will be more informative to have the number of sample size, the short description of steps etc.

It seemed like the week no. was jumping there. So the chart is up to the point where the project has started and is still running. Unfortunately, I cannot see the project closure in the schedule. I think this would make a more complete Gantt chart.

Please kindly let me share a Gantt Chart of the project that I’ve spearheading. The project is called Strategic Purchasing for health facilities in conflict-affected ethnic areas. As my background is in Health Financing, I am supporting ethnic health organization in Eastern border of Myanmar to shift from passive purchasing to strategic purchasing and trying to incorporate learning from this BHI course into the project.

I’ve been searching through an archive and this is the best I could find-
2022-11-20 at 4:09 pm #39145Wirichada Pan-ngumKeymaster
Dear Sippapas, Thanks for the effort but I think it would first be in English, second it should be your own project or the process that is part of the work that you are working on. Remember that projects are something that have the start and end time…not routine work. Do you want to have a go again? This is something you need to submit in COURSERA anyway so it won’t be a waste of time.

Thank you for sharing, your Gantt Chart is easy understanding and comprehensive. Key tasks, How long does the task will be taken ,and period to begin and end of each task are well clarified. Key dates or assigned employees could be filled in case of specific details needed.
Thank you -

Thank you for sharing.
Your Gantt chart is simple and easily to read.
However, I would suggest you add more details on the chart for example specific month/year of activities.

Sorry for my late response.
I just found out that I accidentally missed this activity.I have not created an official Gantt chart for my project before.
Since I’m working as the pharmacy internship mentor at my company.
I created the Gantt chart for the Pharmacy Internship activity to give you an overview of my work.
Working as a mentor is very challenging and repetitive at the same time.
I need to train all batches of interns, in the same manner, every month.
