The application moves most of the health care processes into the online application. I agree that this application would increase users satisfaction followed by the better health outcomes. I’m impressed with the appointment management, I think this could be use to predict the number of patients and prepare staff available which might help reduce over-workloads problem and increase quility of staff’s manner.
