It’s a very great project for detecting the outbreak of the infectious disease in communication that has a highly contagious rate like in the kindergarten. I think it will be perfect if the index case reports the diagnosis from doctor in the application. It will raise awareness of other people in the community and in case their child got sick, the doctor will have add-on information to make diagnosis easier.
This application will improve current practice by make the diagnosis easier. It will improve patient satisfaction to knows the information about the trend of the disease outbreak. Moreover, it might decrease the number of cases because if the application alert for trending up of infectious disease outbreak they may not send their child to school.
