HI Anothai, I agree, patient or community is most important in HIS, health literacy in part of how to interpret their own health behaviors into data in a unit or in descriptions is critical for a data collector. Communication between the health worker and the patient is essential throughout process especially in data collecting levels and when the policy is implemented.
