Yes, Evidence-based decision support system is my concerned as a clinician,too.
Clinicians make day-to-day medical decision based on their own clinical experience, expert consultation, and clinical evidence review in the internet. Every doctor learn that “there is no 100% percent in medicine”, but I want to minimized the error of medical decision to be little as possible by the help of evidence-based decision support system.
