I would like to show a Grantt Chart for Drive Thru Covid-19 Test Project.
It was a collaborative multidisciplinary involved project, including IT team, nurses, cashier staffs, doctors, marketing staffs, and executive staffs.
As I was a team leader for the application, I decided to apply iterative model for software development. So duration of requirement elicitation, analysis and design, testing, and evaluation might be intersected for a long period because we had to repeatedly done all phases in short and frequent cycle.
I also applied AGILE to manage the projects. This is my brief Grantt Chart.

Interesting plan with many overlapping activities at one point in time. As long as it is ok to work in parallel. In the lecture by COURSERA, it looks like they switch the positions between task list and team responsible compared to yours. I guess it doesn’t matter.

By the way, can you share with everyone how to share the picture file here???

Sure, it’s my pleasure to share how to share the picture
1. You have to upload your photo to any site you have, such as dropbox, onedrive. But if you don’t want to directly share pictures from your personal storage, you can use this website “https://www.img.in.th/”
2. After the pictures were uploaded, you have find the image url, It should be end with .jpg or .png depending on type of you file
– For many websites you can do right click on the picture uploaded and click on “Copy image address” (I used google chrome)
– Or if you use any file uploading services like “https://www.img.in.th/” you have to copy the url from the box labeled as image url
2. You have to click ‘IMG’ that is located at the top of your comment box
3. Then there will be a pop-up box for you to place you image url, you have to copy and paste your image url in the text box provided
4. Click “OK” and then there will be some text appear on your comment box (it comprise of <“img src= and”img url” and />”) then you can submit your comment and the picture will be shown

I use to do my project about eHealth literacy and its association with health outcomes. I made Gantt Chart plan my project to do the research while I was in residency training. Because it was my first research project, the time I took for each activity are long, but it was my first time using Gantt Chart.
Here is my Gantt Chart

Thanks for sharing the first Gantt chart. I wasn’t sure of the time unit there and there seemed to be many units left at the end without further activities. It will be nice to hear more of your opinion on how useful it was and what could be improved in the future Gantt charts for you.

I agree with Prof. Wirichada’s observation on the unit of time here, since it is crucial to check whether the project is a short or long one. During our live session, I shared that I usually keep 2 versions of GANTT chart, one is for myself (stricter deadlines but workable) and the other is the one submitted or made known. This will help in determining if you are lagging behind on your project.

I would like to share this early draft of the assessment timelines in performing the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) process in the Philippines. HTA is a process of determining the which health technology (eg, drug, device, vaccine etc) need to be funded by the national government in lieu of limited resources.
I was involved in developing the timelines of each processes to ensure that the health technology will undergo rigorous selection and assessment process. At the start of the process, topics will be nominated by various stakeholders and will be prioritized accordingly based on the national health agenda and healthcare priorities. In a hypothetical scenario, let’s say for a 100 nominated topics, only 10 topics will proceed to full-blown assessment. Assessments will be conducted based on HTA domains: clinical, economic, and ethical, legal, social and health systems impact. Deliberations will be performed by various expert panels and appeals will be considered if there any. A decision will be handed to the Secretary/Minister of Health for his/her final approval.
Overall, the HTA process is a rigorous and consultative process which may take time but ensures that all decisions being made are evidence-based. In the advent of COVID-19 pandemic, an expedited process was instituted to elicit faster generation of recommendations to guide policymakers and decision-makers.
Some acronyms used in the graph:
RR: Rapid Review
CMA: Cost Minimization Analysis
BIA: Budget Impact Analysis
ELSI & HSI: Ethical, Legal, Social Impact and Health Systems Impact
HTAC: HTA Council-

It looks very sophisticated and it would be really nice to hear more about the usefulness of this Gantt chart in the operation and any issues given the COVID-19 pandemic. I am hoping that you could share more in the live webinar if that is ok.

I cannot access the chart. It is not straight forward for me too. You may need to change the permission type of the picture in the shared drive as well.

I think the maintenance portion is a continuing work, and placing it in a GANTT chart would not be ideal unless you aim to provide maintenance work only for a certain period of time as agreed upon with your client.

I would like to share a research project that I have been working on. It aims to identify the type, size, burden of malaria of mobile and migrant population (MMP) and their movement routes as well as exploring possibilities of interventions to the specific MMP such as miners, forest workers and indigenous population in low-endemic districts. This study will involve multiple quantitative and qualitative approaches including literature review, online data collection, secondary data exploration, and field works such as mass blood survey, focus group discussion and in-depth interviews.
The Gantt chart is attached below.

Greeting, such a lovely weather on Thursday!. I had once involved in the revision of the chemotherapy order system in the hospital, which I did my internship at, so I’m energetically excited to share some of flowcharts with you all.

The flow chart is very clear and simple, thus it can help a lot in ordering dangerous and expensive drug like chemotherapy. -

The following is a ganchart of the process of developing SISMAL V3 in the form of a malaria surveillance application. I am now involved in the process of developing the application. SISMAL is a comprehensive recording and reporting of malaria programs from cases, logistics, laboratory quality assurance, vector surveillance, epidemiological investigations, and other interventions.
