Thanks for sharing the first Gantt chart. I wasn’t sure of the time unit there and there seemed to be many units left at the end without further activities. It will be nice to hear more of your opinion on how useful it was and what could be improved in the future Gantt charts for you.

It looks very sophisticated and it would be really nice to hear more about the usefulness of this Gantt chart in the operation and any issues given the COVID-19 pandemic. I am hoping that you could share more in the live webinar if that is ok.

Interesting plan with many overlapping activities at one point in time. As long as it is ok to work in parallel. In the lecture by COURSERA, it looks like they switch the positions between task list and team responsible compared to yours. I guess it doesn’t matter.

How would this interrupt the transmission in the modelling? I am not clear here. Although you can perform the cost effectiveness analysis, you need to produce outputs from two comparable scenarios from the modelling. I am not sure how to go about with this stress monitoring system?
