Thanks for sharing your thought. I think we all familiar with Frequentist approach more. It is good to learn some Bayesian as it is becoming more acceptable. One of the main concepts is about prior and posterior distribution, Bayes’ theorem.

The cost effectiveness studies suggested by Tossapol may help improving hospital management!

Many diseases are losing attention during COVID-19 so the facts that you are trying to maintain all malaria activities and protecting the staff from COVID-19 are all good working principals…so well done!

Good point on data authorization…sometimes we try to access patient’s data unintentionally, just because it was easy to access.

The rest who come in to post on this topic you do not need to reinvent the arguments on good and bad of EMR but if you can try yo participate in the discussions we already have then that could be more interesting. Also if you would like to share your experiences of EMR as a user or the implementing person then that would also be useful.

I agreed that it is difficult in some situations to judge. Let’s sort out the obvious cases first, plenty to improve in our system I think!
