Hello Wannisa, yes, I agree with you that having an audit trail and log can backtrack who edited the data, ensuring the data integrity. Additionally, having a backup and contingency plan can become handy in case of cyberattacks and data breach.

Hello Tanaphum, yes, my username and passwords were included in a data breach of Wattpad, a story reading application. Fortunately, I have used 2FA for some time, so my account was safe even though there was a breach of my login credentials.

Hello Siriluk, thank you for sharing the incident with us. Human errors has been one of the leading causes of data breaches. Like you suggested, using an encrypted protocol and having regular training session on security awareness and implementing minimum necessary access principle can reduce those incidents in the long run.

Besides, implementing proper offboarding policies would deter such attacks from happening. Additionally, it would be better if your system has a log to check the activity done to your data.
