Yes, I agree with you. In additional, because the race is very broad answer to develop the appropriate checkbox, developer should consider the objective of the study and data of target population.

The data standard provide understanding of the data to other staff and researchers who are interested in the data. Yes, I think the gap should be full filled. Interviewers are the key person who can determine quality of the data. CRF completion training and explain their specific role and responsibility are important.
