I think I am at a roadblock from the getgo. I downloaded the data from the link and was trying to compare it with the attribute description. Column 2 is meant to be Diagnosis ( B or M) but the data link has a bunch of numbers. I checked on Kaggle for a similar description and their data had B and M as the actual values. I think the Cleveland data had 6 rows with ‘?’ as the value for two of its attributes. I think it was for columns 12 and 13…
For me I am having issues with the Silhouette plot but hopefully can find something out 🙂

I might have missed this but how do we decide that we need to use the single linkage or complete linkage during the Agglomerative Hierarchical clustering ? The Assignment 2 showed both graphs but how would say I as a data person decide which to use ?

I think the plot in 2d was what was asked for and should be good. I was searching online as to how to plot the Silhouette plot in R. The reason being that when I did my 2d plot prior to the K-means clustering, I assumed the k value to be 3, based on the plot generated before applying K-means ( just visual check).
