May I share my experience about data collection. I have experiences in the Clinical research field (Malaria, Influenza, HIV, TB) as medical research technologist. I think Thailand is a good example that have already implemented this program (GEEKS), So we (other developing countries) can adopt and lean from this result. National e-health Policy/Strategy is a big challenge.

I think that not everyone (whole country) is ready to the this technology, but we could not say “NO” or “Refuse” because the uses of technology can improve lives. But the privacy and cyber law should consider and impalement and would need to advertise and provide explanation to the users.

Correct by IT emergency plan and server maintenance.” Do we have any disaster recover (DR) technology or plan to get the system back in a short-time or real-time.
