I would like to share my power BI project about COVID-19 Dashboard , in my power BI Dashboard contains both matrix and slicer.

I like this webboard https://www.amco.in.th/covid-19-dashboard/ because it’s contain information clearly about COVID-19 in Thailand and Global update data. Information detail consist of new case, confirmed case, deads case, and recover case. Dashboard easy to understand with bar chart and line chart, GIS map of thailand , GIS map of global and number summarize of all data. I don’t like this Webboard may be it contain many data when I open this webpage it’s have a long time to load all data webboard.

I think not enough health informatics workforce in thailand. In hospital and health office center there are health informatics workforce work in IT center but works only job order by head of officer. Every department used IT to reporting health information, every sector need health informations and data analysis on job.
I think, the challenge for developed health informaticials consis of1.Intentives for health information providers are lower than other occupations such as doctor, nurse.
2.health information providers have to regularly training in new tecnology.
3.All of health information providers have to used health information standard data system. -
I think a data set of my country have to Interoperability and health information standards order to communicate health data between health care unit and health care center. At first Health Information Systems (HIS) from health care center or hospital essential have to used same standard data set of health data systems, and force to used the same standard data set in country. Standard data is very useful for research, data analytics for health information.
Value of big health information data from HIS can get better to care patient and reduce spreading of disease. Standard data help to sharing information and exchange data between health care sector and hospital easier and corrected.
In charge of me. The standard data consis of terminology standards, document standards, conceptual standards, application standards, architecture standards, and security and privacy standards. All components of standard data in health data have to one system in country.

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is medical insurance supported by Thailand government.
More people can access to health care and have better health treatment in disease prevention with a standard health service. In rural area people have opportunity to care and treatment without a lot of money. But on the other side, No charge service for patient make huge workload for health care providers and reduces quality treatment. And people are not interested in maintaining their health.
Universal Health Coverage is beneficial for thai people in thailand, all thai people equal access to care in hospital or health care center. Patients have to get to know how to take care of yourself more than goto hospital with UHC. Unlike in the American. Health insurance for American citizens pay more costs for treatment to care. Health care system service in American country is business and very expensive. -

People can get knowledge, education, learning, selling local product in rural area in www. Strengthens security to access broadband system can protect confidential prosomal data privacy protection. When many user connect in to Net Pracharat system too slow and lower internet quality. -
In my think the good of use EMR instead of the traditional paper based medical records
– Decrease time to find EMR of patient
– Decrease time to report health information activity
– Decrease error to identify person to care
– Easy to shareing health information and EMR exchange
– Easy to research in health information systemand bad of using EMR instead of the traditional paper based medical records
– Increate Workload for health working
– Decrease time to relation between health care person and patient
– Not easy to work with computer
– Use a long time to understand application of EMR
– Disruption EMR working when computer error

How we can cope with big health data challenges?
Big EMR health data contain many data base from many source and variety format and very huge. Data analysis from big data can not do until get it to the same structure. Hospital and health care center must to defind minimum data set of data order to change to health information system, or defind interorpoablity to exchange EMR in the same protocal.-Missing data:
IT from health care center have to defind code and structure EMR and health information system. Training health care provider to understand how to record the complete data-Selection bias:
Training and reserch with EMR and health information system in ethical can minimize bias.-Data analysis and training:
increate training about EMR and health data system from big health data can help health provider knows how to get the best patient ‘care. Health information from huge data can improve the right treatment of disease.-Privacy and ethical issue:
Rule and regulation of EMR should be confidential, health care provider must management both of privacy and public benific. -
The biggest step of health system improvement in Thailand is the implementation of a universal coverage system. Most population use many cost to care in some disease and people not have enouhg attention in personal health care and lack knowledge to care for themselves. Health literacy is the basic for health system improvement. That make health care worker in hospital have very workload maintain health system.
Health application for each project in health department separately.I do agree with K.Pyae Pyao Aung, I think all of health application in thailand have to use one system such as NAP Plus , NTIP , cancer ect. It will effective to information exchan and data sharing between health care unit and health care worker will better happyness to work with EMR. One health care system application, The patient get better to care with the same protocal, low cost to care and get it timely.

My organization have a web server for health care worker and database server for 43 file minimum dataset to report health activity and health information in my province in the form MIS monthly report. The develop a disaster recovery plan and protect hardware failures for server consist of
1. Used RAID5 (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) in harddisk system for every server.
2. Full backup all server every weeks in tape drive and external harddisk.
3. Replicate server in multiple location. -
Advanced availablity technology helps patients save cost and time in the hospital. Including receiving prompt and accurate treatment. Hospitals collect data from patients’ health records to the data warehouse. The complete information system reduces work load. Information from patients makes the doctor experience better. For health information The hospital will also have a database that will lead to learning and research in the treatment of new diseases that may occur.

In my situation. Web programer make a web application for input data in my office, but website not used https secure for access and no have user name and password to access database server. Individual’s data in server not secure and and confidentiality. Every one can access data directly from internet and web database was change by hacker.
A new programer make develope application that have security system with user name and password to access system and used https protocol to prevent from unauthorized person to access information health data. -

In my opinion panic Chinese people caused by not knowing and didn’t get the true situation of what happened In response to an emergency outbreak. The goverment and public health officials should investigate the disease quickly and report the cause to the public, including methods of prevention and correction. The goverment have to communicate in true disease prevention to peoples.

I want to choose dengue for early warning systems. dengue is a very dangerous disease. Each year there are a large number of patients, mostly children under the age of 15. Every year there are many children who die and get sick each year. Causing economic and social damage , dengue can be prevented by destroying the mosquito larvae.

I think the air pollution pm2.5 is harmful to people. And especially the farmers who burned the trees and especially in big cities that use a lot of cars, including large-scale construction, it causes a lot of air pollution.
From statistical data found that when entering the cold season The problem of air pollution is caused by PM 2.5 every year, so there should be prevent the occurrence. By reducing construction and using cars as needed. There is a public relations to help prevent danger by taking a mask. And the PM 2.5 level have to show data detail on the website for easy access. -

In the case study of the surveillance of melioidosis disease.
Surveillance Information is important in the analysis. Plan and predict the outbreak in time good information must be complete.If the information is incorrect or incomplete data reported of the situation is too high may cause planning errors need to prepare a lot of workers high cost wasting resources and may cause panic over the outbreak of the disease.
If the data reported of the disease situation is too low May cause the responsible person to unable to respond to events in a timely manner and may cause an outbreak until widespread and may lead to death of patients.

I think information is very important to disease investigration outbrake control.
Information from MIS system can describe the outbrake , verification and preparation help data diagnosis , hypothesis and testing help to study in other hypotheses , respones and action help to community and action to outbrake investigration control.
MIS information can forcast situation for other case to control disease form related with time , place and person. -
In 13 Dangerous Communicable Diseases , I think in my province the most dangerous communicable diseases is tuberculosis, because in 2019 there are about 1,200 Tuberculosis new registers patient in chiangrai and dead about 10 percent , there is 1 XDR patient tb. Tuberculosis is high transmissibility and hard to care or prevention.

I choose dengue , dengue fever is associated with the epidemic period and area.By active survellance we can use proactive epidemiological surveillance by reducing the number of aedes mosquitoes. Give away mosquito nets to reduce mosquito infection. By passive survellance we can see the report from the R506 program to control the trend of dengue fever , and educating the public to prevent dengue fever is an important aspect of basic health care. active survellance and passive survellance must user together to effective control dengue fever.

In my opinion data from the epidemiological surveillance report (R506) is very important to control and disease surveilane investigation , but data from health center or hospitals not realtime , data update later on 1 week. If data from R506 used on line application and improve quality diagnosis disease , we will save people died by the outbreak instantly.
