Hello Aye, yes, it agree with you that assessing and analyzing risks is the first and major step we should take in preparing a disaster recovery plan. Like you mentioned, the committee must be composed of dedicated persons from different departments. Just come to my mind, I think it would also be beneficial for the organization to include public relationship specialist to manage the reporting of the disaster effectively.
