As a research technical officer at a hospital, my responsibilities mostly involve gathering and organizing data for research analysis. I sometimes wonder if there are more efficient and easier ways to collect data and analyze it. So, I think the knowledge and skills that I need to know more are IT and data management. Specifically, I aim to enhance my proficiency in using technology for data collection, including the use of data collection tools and effective database management. Additionally, I intend to understand data management principles, such as data standards and quality assurance, to ensure data integrity and security. Developing these skills is important to improve my professional abilities and contribute to healthcare research.
