I agree with your answer. I also believe that physician would already inform the patient and it is patient’s choice to choose whether to tell his wife or not. It is the right of the patient to decide his data disclosure. Thank you for sharing.

As there were more users for the ATK-free application, the more cost for the requirement of more staff and additional overtime work. I like the way how they also managed further resources support such as recruitment for part-time and allowing payment for extra hours of the current staff.

I agree that redundancy process leads to consuming of time, resources and efforts. Those are the problems that we need to concern when sharing or exchanging data. Therefore, the standardized data is very crucial for interoperability.
