The transition phase should be well prepared. Alerts/warnings messages should be appropriately designed. Training and supporting system should be provided.

Agree! Doctors commonly use drawing to record important signs&symptoms. The EMR should support this function.

Too many unnecessary alerts in the CDSS could potential cause “alert fatigue”. This could discourage people to use the system.
