Thank you for this presentation, for my opinion I think this is a nice application of e-Health to help and give advice, care and consult for sexual and reproductive health because this is a sensitive topic to consult and discussion with others for our culture.

Thank you for sharing your organization e-Health and presentation was so cleared. This e-Health project can proved in reduce time of redundancy, save cost for less paper work and help medical staffs surveillance and mornitor of this desease.

As same as my office, we have no any program of decision support system, We just following the SOPs as daily routine work and discussion with supervisors ( From their experiences and professional in each dicision).

If there are hospitals that do not use the ICD standard they will not be able to communicate, Exchange information and decision of diagnostic with other hospitals that use the ICD standard and lack of interoperability to others hospital or organizations.

I think it’s a system that increases the workload for doctors, nurses and public health staffs. But it cannot be denied that it is a system that drives Thai public health. Just may have to modify the recording format and scope information to be simple, easy and convinient to entry all information by medical staffs
