I would like to give my view on point 17 from page 343.
It is possible for two different studies to find identical P values for testing the same hypothesis. The results of tests depend on many factors like sample sizes, and study designs. -

Hi,
I am Navin and I was in clinical practice before dealing with patients. I used descriptive statistics to measure the central tendency of the data. However I couldn’t use inferential statistics due to limited knowledge and hence, I would like to learn more from this course. -

In my opinion, The SNOMED CT coding system has better clinical coverage than the ICD when it comes to encoding the meaning in health information and supporting effective clinical documentation. The ICD-10 is primarily used by coding professionals to classify diseases and in reimbursement.

In my opinion, a well-organized CRF form with all variables included. The questionnaire in the form is easy to understand and the choices given are relevant according to the questionnaire.

In my previous work, I collected the primary data by observations in the hospital for research purposes. The research was about the electrolyte balance and we used to visit the patients regularly for the observation in the electrolyte balance and data collection. As the visit used to be more frequent it was more time-consuming.
