I agree with your distinctive opinion. Of course, the dissemination of the early warning information to the targeted audience, both the health personnel as well as the public, is sometimes not done in a timely manner as well as in an efficient way. This leads to information inadequacy, and sometimes information overload.

For me, the main challenge for integrating an early warning system into the surveillance system would be information inadequacy.
