1. The barriers of the tracking system by smartphone
-Absent of smartphone in rural area
-Internet data access cost
-Unfamiliar of the application in rural peoples
-Data privacy concern

2. I think data tracking system was useful in the easily spreading infectious diseases such as new emerging, re-emerging disease because this will help for the disease control.

If talking about the limiting factors or barriers in the adoption of this technology, it would be a matter as follow
1. The cost of using technology
2. People’s non-cooperation
3. Security and privacy of personal data

And for this technology can be applied to the epidemic. Emerging disease, emerging disease (As K.Krisada’s comment) and need to reduce exposure or have to less contact, it will be a great tools that will help prevent the outbreak.

1. I would consider privacy and security and the app’s operability in low performance smartphones the most for smartphone tracking.

2. Highly infectious and severe diseases might benefit from smartphone tracking apps. For less infectious and severe diseases, risks and benefits of using this technology with the morbidity and mortality of the disease should be considered before adopting.

1. Barriers for using the smartphone tracking technologies in my country may be digital literacy skills of people, proportion of smartphone users as well as concerns about privacy and security of the application for the users. Moreover, strong policy for digital technology intervention is required.
2. Smartphone tracking technologies can be applied in monitoring chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Smoking cessation, monitoring of body weight and monitoring of daily diet etc.
