Hello. I have a question about QGIS Assignment 1.1
In the “settings applied to the symbology of all vector layers loaded:” states that the color of the district, Fill (color) is defined as “Ochre/Bone”, which does not clearly state the setting the color code. I submit the map with a different color from the example. My question is I see the predefined color of the symbol which are, for example, red green or blue. Is there any way to create the color named in the assignment or I have to compare it myself?
For me, I searched the “Ochre/Bone” code (in HTML notation) online. And I put the code in the HTML notation tab (Select Color section”). Anyway, what confused me is what exactly Bone color is. For Ochre, it is #CC7722. So I just chose the Ochre color for the District.
Thank you both. You can pick any clay earthy tone. Nonetheless, the color coding on that one wasn’t clear indeed. No worries about the issue with grading. I understand what you tried to do!
Thank you both for the answers. I searched and found #CC7722 Hex triplet color code, too.
