cluster analysis for point data

If I would like to perform cluster analysis of point data, which test/model should I use?

In this class we mainly focus on areal health data which have different names you may come across such as small area or aggregate data. Unfortunately the point data (with exact location) are not covered in this class. The models for those types are slightly different. However we can discuss if you need that tool for your research.
