Thank you for sharing. I am one of the users who use this application. I found it very easy to use. I could register and request the free ATK via the PaoTung application for not more than 5 minutes and get the free ATK at the healthcare unit. In my opinion, one of main factors that makes this project successful is the design because the users are the general people, not only health care providers. Therefore, the system is designed for a very simple user interface. Another factor is people’s awareness, most people are aware of using ATK for COVID-19 detection that is very important to spend their daily life during that time. Thus, high demand for users with a very simple application, and less time consumption.
