COURSE DESCRIPTION
Core competencies and skills for health informatics personnel, moral and ethics of health informaticians, personal skills, administrative skills, coping with change, social and relationship skills, IT related skills, learning skills, planning and organizational skills, leadership skills, communication skills and resource management skills
Prerequisites
Graduate in Bachelor degree in Health sciences, computer sciences, and ICT

At the end of the course, the students should be able to
CLO1: Describe the challenges in improving a health care organization both on technical and behavioral aspects
CLO2: Illustrate appropriate tools which can be used to health manage projects when working in team
CLO3: Apply the strategic planning tools to some decision making in health informatics
CLO4: Provide some examples of case studies related to the topics base on experiences and literatures in classes and discussion boards
CLO5: Demonstrate good communication skills with peers through participating in classes and discussion boards
