In my current workplace, problem usually existed because the projects required personal to write a lot of information on paper and enter into computer later. Because writing on paper using a lot of time and resources, implementation of HIT could bypass those manual procedures and personnel focus more on accuracy of data instead.

Have you/workplace already implemented that system/program? If yes, it would help and support (Time consuming and information transfer error) the project to transfer the data on paper based to the electronic based which will be used for analyzing the study results. There are many organization/program that provide this service; one of organization that I remember is “BIOPHIC” where located at Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
