Sometime I think it is hard to do what the paper proposed because people work in different steps of collecting and using data, therefore if you only collect data you may not be aware of how poor quality data can result in poor analysis and poor conclusion. While data analysts may not be aware of challenges the data collectors face from the start of the project. Good communication is essential.
