Thank you, Jen, for your comment. Myanmar currently has no specific national policy for data sharing, but related laws such as the Electronic Transactions Law (2004, amended 2021), Telecommunications Law (2013), Privacy Law (2017), and Cybersecurity Law (2025) provide partial guidance. We will continue to comply with these existing policies while aligning our future system with national legal frameworks.
