Hi Kevin! Yup, Chatbots are really helpful for automated information sharing, and it’s convenient way to communicate with the users who need prompt responses. Also, we can collect the data from the system faster and analyze the users’ behavior, from there, we could refine/improve strategies in health emergencies for better public communication.
