There is DHIS2 implementation for Malaria in DOPH. But compared to other two diseases, they use case-based record instead of aggregated data. DHIS2 was not originally designed to handle individual data. Although it later develops tracker module for individual recording, it still needs to redesign its database architecture to handle large scale individual data.
