In reality, some people are not aware that these options are available on the app. In my opinion, this tool is especially useful in big cities like Bangkok, where there are multiple health benefit schemes and various health centers, and people are generally efficient at incorporating technology into daily life. However, in some areas, people may struggle with both physical access to health services and technological accessibility.
