I completely agree with you, Ching To Chung. While it’s understandable that public health resources often prioritize common disease outbreaks that affect a large population, it’s equally important to allocate specific resources and raise awareness for rare diseases. Even though these diseases may be less prevalent and have limited information available, we shouldn’t overlook the impact they have on individuals and their families. As you mentioned, it is little known and has fewer information resources. I hope technological advancements in imaging and liquid biopsy will contribute hugely to the early detection and progression of disease in the near future. You’re stronger than you think, Toby. 💪
