So far, the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital has dealt with the change management of the Si vWORK application/ website appropriately in my opinion. To illustrate how the ADKAR model in change management can be applied, consider the following:

Desire: Si vWORK displays faster, more efficient, and user-friendly communication features, along with direct access to organization news and announcements. This encourages better communication throughout the organization.
Knowledge: Users can access video tutorials and articles that provide guidance on how to utilize Si vWORK effectively.
Ability: IT offers comprehensive support to address any user problems or concerns while using the application.
Reinforcement: Several valuable features have been integrated, such as scheduling influenza vaccine appointments and linking to the HR system for document requests or downloads, eliminating the need to visit the vaccines unit or HR department during work hours. These features actively promote increased usage of the application among employees.
