Thanks for very good discussion. I totally agree with the users generation as it is one of the main factors influencing any technology adoption in the organisation. Also outsourced EMRs is interesting and it’s quite good as I have heard about it (my organization is self-created but planning for adopt the outsourced one in the future which is interesting) but due to its high cost, they may require additional time to careful consideration in implementation.
