Thanks for sharing Phyo. This project uses a simple way to gathering the data, by SMS or phone call, also I think it is amazing as it covers large area 78 districts and monitor 12 diseases.With the collaboration of the community, it can help control the outbreak in the nation level. In the future, I am sure they can develop this system to an application via smart devices or web which it might be able to add more features in this surveillance project such as real-time reporting trend.
