I am surprised that using EMR can lead to physician burnout; this is new information. EMR is what I used the most while I worked as a research technical officer because I had to collect and review related health data of the project participants. However, sometimes I found that the EMR encountered slow responses and even stopped working, not responding to anything, especially when I had to review a large number of cases (more than 100 cases) on the same day. When this kind of situation happens, I sometimes feel a little bit annoyed because I have to log out of my account and log in again.
