Thank you for the feedback and I agree with the point that OpenAI could sign BAAs to align with HIPAA regulations. Developers can create HIPAA-compliant chat functionalities within a short period of time. However, it is still a dilemma in healthcare industries whether those will be accepted or rejected by the organizations. As my personal preference for evolving IT technologies in healthcare, I support the continuous deployment of technologies that are assisting healthcare providers. On the other hand, I doubt the initiation of AI chatbots in healthcare since many experts and professionals have denied the acceptance of AI chatbots for the risk of data privacy.
