From my perspective, implementing SaaS for our hospital could potentially pose challenges in maintaining control, particularly concerning data management and governance. Additionally, there is a risk of deviating from the adherence to open standards for integration, which is essential to ensure user-friendliness for doctors and the seamless handling of data.
