Dear Ko Phyo, thanks for sharing your experience with MS Access for monitoring the chronic patient health status in your project. I totally agree with the technical challenges in our country as most of the databases are not standardized to operate seamlessly with each other. Another one is that there are a limited number of experts in particular areas of manipulating the software for starting up properly for project requirements and maintaining and adapting the nature of the database. It mainly relies on those focal and becoming vacant of that expert is a burden to the organization for continuous improvement of the project.
