Hi! I’m Gabriel. Graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University. I’m currently a resident of Division of Biomedical Informatics and Global Health Research, now combined as a part of Family Medicine Research Department. I mostly spend my time on research about machine learning models and fundamentally the idea behind them is a set of complex statistics! It might seem incomprehensible to human sometimes! Anyway, the statistic behind that is sort of different from what we use in conventional research methods.
I have published one research so far. It used basic statistics to explain prevalence of GERD in pregnant woman. Believe it or not, stats are always like a bitter pill to swallow for me, to be honest, even though I knew it is very important tools in research — and I have to live with it for some time since it’s my career. I’ll try my best to learn! Nice to meet you guys 🙂
