Thank you for sharing. The intensive care unit itself is the most complicated scenario that could happen in one hospital with overwhelming data, laboratory, imaging, disease progression probably in hours. Data entering is excessive time-consuming for physician whom in charge. Re-design system with more accessibility, user friendly and integrated link to data existing in database will probably enhance usage of the system.
