The new approach about restructuring appointment channel into the holistic app is well-designed, seen from its pre and post services, verification using ID, and innovation to engage SCB for payment. Your pictures comparison in 2015 and 2020 shows that this eHealth app is easy to use with incredible outcome in continuous care.
Hope I can visit Bangkok soon and see Ramathibodi hospital.
