Amazing presentation. When I travel to Singapore last week, I have to submit my COVID-19 test result and vaccine certificate through a similar application (MyICA). Although it is different from country to country, with this kind of application I assume the cost will be lower because people don’t have to print the document and manually review the documents, customer satisfaction will be higher because it maybe much faster than reviewing the documents manually, and improving outcomes because it can help track all the data of passengers and make sure compliance is adhered.
